Why this exists
From 15 October 2026 a cut starts coming out of millions of shopkeepers’ UPI takings. The rules live in a government FAQ - in English, in legal register, in a PDF. The kirana owner or restaurant owner it applies to needs two plain answers: how much leaves my pocket, and was what got deducted correct. This site does those two things and nothing else.
Where every figure comes from
Every rule here is read from the NPCI/DFS FAQ of 15 September 2026, and each one carries the question number it came from - Q5, Q22, Q23, Q26, Q32, Q33, Q34. All the figures live in a single file that every page and every article reads from, so nothing can be left showing a stale number.
Where the official position is incomplete, we say so
The FAQ’s list of flat-fee sectors ends with "among others" - the complete list has not been published. NPCI’s operating circular is still awaited. Everywhere that is true, the site prints "Not confirmed yet". We do not fill the gaps with guesses, because a wrong guess would put a real business’s numbers out.
Your data does not come to us
A settlement file put through the reconciliation tool never leaves your browser. There is no server, no database, no login. There are no ads, no popups, and nothing on this site asks for your email address.

This is not legal or tax advice. It is not an official site of any bank, PSP, NPCI or the Ministry of Finance, and is not affiliated with them. The official document and your own bank are the last word - which is why a link to that document sits on every page.
