Settlement reconciliation

Put in your PSP’s report for the month - we recalculate every transaction and tell you whether anything was deducted wrongly.

Your file never leaves your phone

The whole calculation happens inside your own browser. The file is never uploaded, never sent to a server, never stored anywhere. This tool works with your internet switched off.

Reconciling a settlement in four stepsFour-step diagram: 1. Download the CSV from your PSP (Paytm, PhonePe, Razorpay or your bank); 2. Choose the file (It never leaves your phone); 3. Confirm the columns (Amount, date, fee deducted); 4. Verdict, and a PDF for your CA (Overcharged / matches / undercharged).
The whole calculation runs in your browser - the file is never uploaded.

How to use this

  1. In your PSP app (Paytm, PhonePe, Razorpay, BharatPe) or net banking, download last month’s settlement or transaction report as a CSV.
  2. Press "Choose CSV file" and pick that file. It never leaves your phone.
  3. We show you which column we think is which - amount, date, fee deducted. If we got one wrong, pick the right one from the list.
  4. Tell us whether you are a regular (P2M) or small (P2PM) merchant, then press "Reconcile".
  5. A one-line verdict appears at the top - overcharged, matches, or undercharged - and every mismatched row is listed below. Press "Download PDF for your CA" to save the whole report.

A worked example

Say your October report has 412 transactions totalling ₹8,40,000, and your PSP deducted ₹1,180. Our calculation says ₹1,120 was due. The verdict comes up red - "overcharged by ₹60" - and below it you see the three rows where a fee was taken on payments under ₹2,000.

How this is calculated

How each row is checkedFAQ question FAQ Q26

Every row goes through the same rules engine as the calculator: the amount, the date, the transaction type and your merchant category decide what was due. That figure is then compared with what your PSP actually deducted.

Reports spanning the changeoverFAQ question FAQ Q5

MDR applies to qualifying transactions dated 15 October 2026 and later. Anything before that date carries zero MDR.

Mandates and refundsFAQ question FAQ Q22

No MDR on UPI AutoPay / recurring mandates - utility bills, OTT subscriptions, SIPs and similar standing instructions. Refunds and reversals are kept out of the collections total.

Charges are monitored daily

DFS has said charges will be monitored daily from the effective date. If your PSP deducts more than the rules allow, the reconciliation tool will show it - keep your statements.

Rounding differences

A difference of up to 5 paise is treated as rounding and is not counted as a mismatch. Anything larger is listed row by row.
